Friendly staff and good quality products..

Bought a board game. Was told it was complete as it was sealed with sellotape but it had loads of pieces missing, effectively half the pieces weren't there. How can you sell something that is not complete leaving it unplayable? Especially as charity shops are becoming more expensive lately.

Good quality clothing, bricabrac, shoes, toys and Sue Ryder new goods plus the staff are friendly
