Without prejudice Im so disappointed in Kls from the start they failed keep me informed as to situation. It wasn’t until a new solicitor or fee earner ( which said it all ) was any attention given to my case ? So much so they offered me a refund , by the time the second fee earner took over it was too late ? They quoted me a figure which I could manage but this by a quarter by the time they finished in fact they did not complete the process as it was too late ! Now they are sending me letters demanding payment that I had no budget for . As this is my first time ever to use a law company I would strongly not trust or recommend this one

I contacted Samantha Archer for an initial conversation about my options regarding divorce proceedings and cannot recommend her and Sofie Corbin as well as Saira Syed enough. Everything was explained to me jargon-free and often several times as aspects of my case changed over the months. I have always found them to be very quick to reply, easy to get hold of by phone and generally really pleasant to deal with. They all took the emotions out of the issues and made sure we had common ground throughout. Their explanations helped me through a long and difficult process by sticking to the issues at hand and just taking one step at a time. Feeling overwhelmed with the process at times, everyone made sure that I knew what was happening and importantly how much it costs. Regular financial updates were provided and different options presented to find the solutions that were in my best interest and also my best financial interest. Although it shouldn't make a difference but I have to say, that I felt very well supported throughout without feeling judged or penalised for being the man initiating the divorce. For anyone who has tried mediation and finding an amicable solution unsuccessfully and decides to get help from a solicitor to get a divorce, I can highly recommend Samantha, Sofie and Saira.

My experience with this firm was nothing short of amazing. My solicitor was Daniel Norris and he dealt with my child arrangement order case with the sensitivity it deserved.
