My boiler wasn’t firing up as it should, I had to keep pushing the reset button! So I contacted PDF for help & advice, Abby was most helpful she fitted me in arranging for Paul to call the next evening after his days work. After an assessment of the problem he advised me he would have to order the parts needed, but assured me it was fine to keep operating it manually using the reset button. The parts duly arrived and Paul returned to fit them and to my delight boiler fired up straight away and has been working well ever since! I found Paul very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and professional, and the service I received from PDF gas services was first class in every way, you have a very happy new customer. Called Paul on recommendation from a friend and very happy that Paul was able to help with a boiler that was showing a fault code. Paul quickly identified the problem, but unfortunately the replacement part was obsolete, so the only option was a new boiler. Paul talked us through the options, was able to shift some other jobs to fit us in, and he and Adrian did a great job with the installation. The work was very neat and there was a full explanation of how best to use the new system. The communication from Abby was great too. I would thoroughly recommend Paul and his team.

I was informed when to expect the engineer and reminded how long it will be very accurately The engineer Adrian was great. He did an excellent job. The next day after installation he texted me to find out whether everything was ok. And asking to contact them if there is any problem. One of the best installers I have met.
