Severe muscle pain and given an appointment for 10 days later use to be a good surgery. High turnover of staff who seem not to care told to just increase my pain meds. Didn't say to what and I'm already on max dosage. Useless.

Triaged by 111. told to speak to Gp. whilst i’m sure the christmas season is hectic for staff, the receptionist was immediately combative asking why i’d assume they could see me. maybe because 111 sent them my info and told me i have to be seen by a gp within 2 hours due to my symptoms. She told me i should have called 111???!! i did. they sent my info over. most useless bunch of aggy women annoyed they have to work

They get extremely nasty when you raise complaints with them, now that I see how many negative reviews they have and similar experiences it makes sense. They're hyper defensive. They removed me as a patient 18 months ago after I made a complaint and claimed I was "abusive", they lack any capability improving themselves from what I can see here.

Where is the zero stars button? *Parents with children, avoid this surgery* I am extremely concerned about the care here. 7:30am, I submitted an urgent request via Anima on Monday with photos of my 4 year olds hand showing wounds. They sent me a message 6 hours later saying try again tomorrow as its not important. Tuesday, i tried again, Despite clearly showing infection and pus, the requests were ignored. By this time it had gone worse. When I visited the surgery in person on Tuesday, the receptionist told me no one would see us and advised me to try AGAIN the third day. After leaving, I received a text confirming a telephone appointment a week later, which is not appropriate for a child with a visible, worsening infection. I also sought advice from a pharmacist, who confirmed my son needed urgent in-person GP assessment. The delay and refusal to see him in person was unsafe and unacceptable. I have escalated this matter to the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Care Quality Commission (CQC). Parents, please be aware if you need urgent care for your child. There's a reason this surgery is rated 2 stars. This isn't the first time they have shown neglect. Disastrous surgery, always use short staffed as an excuse. Attached photo, my sons finger the after 3 days of neglect. Changing surgeries as of today.

Awful Customer service. This was the second time my appointment was canceled last minute which was booked weeks ago. When you call them to book an appointment they will give you the time weeks after and then cancel it at very last minute and then instead of calling you back to arrange the next available appointment they want you to call them back to rebook.Staff is not helpful at all.I feel sorry for all the vulnerable patients who are registered here.I have been with them for nearly 20 years but now is the time to move on to a better surgery.

I had my blood done by Zarina today, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush me — she took the time to make sure I was comfortable and calm, which made a big difference. Her warm and professional manner helped ease my nerves, and the procedure. She has an amazing technique — I barely felt a thing! I truly can’t thank her enough. She’s a real credit to the surgery. Thank you Zarina!

Reception staff incredibly rude, told my Wife to ‘stop talking and just book through the app’ it is unacceptable to be spoken to in such a rude manner and is very quickly putting me off using this surgery in the future. Abject lack of professionalism and a swift overhaul of customer service training is required.

Really reached the last straw now with this surgery, and it used to be so different in the years prior to Covid. My daughter has a painful ear infection and was trying to see or speak to a Doctor today, her day off work. She had been prescribed the entry level, ineffectual ear drops and was struggling at work on top of her other conditions. Response was too.late to be seen today and although the receptionist was apologetic, it is not good enough. Unfortunately, the practice has become budget and cost centric as opposed to patient centric. On many occasions the cheaper drugs/ antibiotics are prescribed which are usually hopeless, thus necessitating further dialogue with the surgery and prolonged recovery time. The newer Doctors are pretty soulless, lack personality and appear to just want to do the obvious observations but nothing peripheral related to the patient symptoms. They do not appear to read the Anima detail, patients history or notes and have poor listening skills. Anima is dire and needs replacing. The practice has gone downhill at a rate of knots and the partners need to get a grip on what is really going on and how patients are feeling. I accept that the local population has grown and demand is higher so the workload is different. However, the Doctors have trained to be GPs not telephonists, so this is clearly wrong and you cannot diagnose anything accurately without seeing patients. A radical rethink and overhaul is required to bring the practice back up to standard Obviously, I am aware that many people have received good advice and treatment Not our experience

I’ve been happy with my care so far. Not had to wait ages for appointments, and GPs have been particularly accommodating to see my daughter the same day where they can. Helpful and polite on the phone too. Thank you!

I had a great experience in this clinic. My appointment was ontime and I have seen Ms. Lesley for my blood test. I always struggle with my blood test appointments since my veins are very hard to find. She is extremely good at her job and there was no bruising afterwards. Very happy! Thank you very much x
