My first time contacting Prompt and Precise and so glad I did. Stuart was very busy in the run up to Christmas, but was able to come and fix my dishwasher. Communication was very good and Stuart arrived when he said he would. Stuart was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly, he diagnosed the fault quickly and carried out the repair at a reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling Prompt and Precise again should the need arise. Excellent service received - highly recommended!

Stuart did a fantastic job fitting in new bearings for our washing machine. It’s definitely not an easy job to do as it requires taking the whole machine apart (yes even the drum!) fitting the new bearings and putting everything back together again. Not to mention he gave the whole machine a good clean before fitting everything back. Now our washing machine is like new! Couldn’t recommend Stuart enough. Extremely professional and amiable!

The checking was not thorough as problem could not be identified and resolved. The staff did not reply to any of our emails after the visit, as we were trying to fix the machine ourselves again and just wanted to clarify the parts that they had checked, but no response received at all. Found another supplier and problem solved quickly. Overall disappointing and won't recommend.

I would highly recommend using Prompt and Precise. They were very professional from when they reached out. They reached out with a price list, availability and even mentioned that they just charge a one of calling out charge even if they have to return to fit any parts that might be needed. No need to ask any questions because all the information was politely and professionally provided in the first email. I rang at 9:45am and no one answered but then Stuart rang back within 10 minutes and thank god he did as I was about to go with someone else more expensive who couldn’t do same day! Really helpful and honest advise over the phone. The engineer took the time to discuss different options but we both agreed that the repair will be more expensive than the fridge freezer is worth. Friendly and honest.
